I’m not sure this is that interesting but this is what they were looking for when they hired Lea for the pilot.

Seeking: Host: female, 21-31, any ethnicity (ethnic ambiguity may be a plus), charismatic, charming, feminine, magnetic on screen, excellent listener and on-camera personality, with a genuine interest in people and other cultures, who could be the “face of NYC,” ability to communicate and connect with people naturally is very important. Note: The show is described as “original, funny, visual, and smart,” and is more like a movie with a lot of improv than a TV show. Host will never speak directly into the camera but instead narrates in a style similar to Sex and the City.
