EW’s First Look: Lea Michele Visits The Glee Project
For the June 5 season premiere of the Oxygen reality series, in which aspiring performers vie for a seven-episode arc on Glee, star Lea Michele (right, with Glee and Glee Project casting director Robert Ulrich) shows up to guest-mentor the competitors. Michele, whose character Rachel Berry will graduate from Glee’s McKinley High this month, says the significance of the visit was not lost on her. ”It was such an emotional thing,” she says. ”Everything came full circle in that these kids wanted to be on our show, and they’re so talented, and each had their own stories in the same way we did. It was really inspiring.
