Getting a peek inside someone’s fridge is an act that feels particularly intimate—a privilege that rivals viewing a closet or medicine cabinet, if you ask us. When the fridge in question’s owner is one of television’s leading ladies? That coveted fridge-peek becomes all the more special. After all, who wouldn’t want to know which foods the most gorgeous and successful celebs in Hollywood keep in their fridge, what they’d never be caught dead with, and what they reach for as a midnight snack?
Since we want to know these things too, we caught up with the stunning and super-fit Lea Michele for the scoop on her fridge contents—the one item she always has on hand, her go-to ingredients for healthy snacks, and the foods her friends know will be in her fridge when they come over.

Lea has made it into the Maxim’s Hot 100 list again! She went up 8 positions from last year’s list and ranked at #31 this year! Here‘s the full list.
It’s always interesting to hear what a celebrity eats to stay looking so darn good. Lea Michele shared some of her snacking and beauty secrets to staying gorgeous today on “Good Morning America.”
“These are my go-to’s,” she said, referring to healthy snacks like grapes and cheese puffs. “You’d be surprised –- if you were to go to your grocery store, a lot of your favorite snacks there have healthy alternative, like cheese puffs instead of Cheetos. I started taking more time at the grocery store rather than grabbing what I always go for.”
The brunette bombshell goes into deeper detail in her new lifestyle book, “Brunette Ambition,” but we have some of her favorite recipes and at-home beauty routines below.

Mark’s Hair Masque: 1 cup of coconut oil (an excellent moisturizer composed of tiny molecules – molecules so tiny, in fact, that they can penetrate the shaft of the hair) 1 tablespoon of almond oil (essential fatty acids) 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil (moisturizer) 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil (lubricant) 1 teaspoon of carrot oil (only use a drop or two if you’re blonde, since it can stain hair)
Lea’s Energy Drink: For a great energy boost, blend three leaves of kale (destemmed and torn or chopped), one handful of spinach, 4 pieces of celery, the juice of two lemons, and a chopped up apple. Advanced juicers tend to cut out the apple and add a few leaves of romaine or a handful of parsley instead.
In a recent interview Kristin Chenoweth talked about Lea:
WCT: I spoke recently to Lea Michele, and she was different than I thought she would be. She seemed very sweet.
Kristin Chenoweth: She is. She’s my little nugget!
WCT: I was worried she might be a diva but she wasn’t at all.
Kristin Chenoweth: That’s because people get jealous and they talk, saying mean things about people. If I believed everything that was said about me I would be in a straight jacket in a crazy farm.
I think she is fantastic. I love that kid.
