Nike is excited to announce new content for the App featuring a new workout with Glee’s Lea Michele. In April, the Nike Training Club App will be updated to include an exclusive 15-minute workout with Lea that users can unlock as a reward.

The 15-minute workout was designed specifically for Lea by Nike Master Trainer, Marie Purvis as a super efficient, total body workout that targets the entire body — arms, abs, legs, etc. Given Lea’s schedule, she often only has a few minutes to try and get a workout in, so this 15 minute workout was created for her to maximize her time and effort.
