Looking for a co-web

As Glee’s premiere comes closer and with the Gleek tour and all the promotion going on, there’s a growing flood of videos, articles and pictures of Lea that need to be added to the site. So I’ve decided to look for a co-web who can help me with this.
Since I’ve had some co-webs in the past that didn’t work out, I’m posting a small list of requirements this time, but basically all I ask is for someone (or maybe two people) who really want to work on the site. Everything else is workable.

Requirements:
. Basic WordPress knowledge. I can teach a few things, but at least a little html formatting would be great so it’s easier to get you going.
· News posting: I mostly need someone who can catch the latest articles and videos, etc and post them, which calls for being online at least every other day.
· Weekly updates at the very least. I don’t want people who say “yes, I can do it” and then disappear for months, I’m asking for help because I need it, not just to have someone’s name next to mine on the sidebar.
· Gallery updates optional. I can take care of the gallery, so it’s ok if you don’t have image accounts or don’t want to add pictures to the gallery.
· Pro-active people. Don’t wait for me to tell you what to do, just do it! As long as its in the site’s best interest, I’m good with it.
